Chicken stew for the Christmas dinner
Ingredients
Chicken 1/2kg
Potato 1/2kg
Big onion
2 big sliced garlic
3 chopped ginger
1 inch piece chopped
Green chilly
5 nos slited chicken stock
Corn flour 1tspn
Coconut milk first 1/2 cup
Coconut milk second 1cup
Preparation:
First you have to cook chicken and potato and separate the stock in a pan, pour oil, add the chopped ginger and garlic and sauté for some time and add the onions and green chilly to this. Add the chicken and potato. Pour the stock and second coconut milk. Let it boil for some time then adds the first coconut milk mixed in corn flour. Let it boil for some time and add salt and pepper for taste and take from the fire.
