My dad bought me the perfect Christmas gift – Tom Tom GPS system
About three weeks before Christmas, I was supposed to drive down to my boyfriend’s parents’ lake house. It is in the middle of nowhere, which means that there is little to no cell phone service.
I knew that I would be driving back with my boyfriend, so I didn’t worry about printing off directions. It is only an hour away from my house, and I had been there before. I was sure I’d remember how to get there.
The problem is that I have never driven there in the dark before. I got so lost and turned around, that it took me 3 and a half hours to make the 1 hour drive to the lake house.
When I told my dad about it, he decided on the perfect Christmas gift for me. He bought me a Tom Tom GPS system. I love it! Now, I don’t have to risk getting lost, because even if there is no cell signal, the GPS system can keep me on track.
