Gift for 29 Year Old Woman

Posted by christmas - November 24th, 2010

I am 29 years old and female. Last Christmas I didn’t get too many presents.

My husband was gone to Iraq so we didn’t exchange gifts.

Though when we got income taxes back I ended up buying some stuff so I guess you can say that was my Christmas gift.

From my parents I got scrap booking stuff, a bag, socks, shower stuff. I really like the stuff I got. My mother-in-law gave me some clothes.

I wear them around the house because they were too big. When i got my income taxes I got a treadmill and some clothes. I really didn’t care to celebrate Christmas because my husband was not here cause he had just left for Iraq. Read More »

Christmas Gift for Girlfriend

Posted by christmas - November 23rd, 2010

Last Christmas I received David Sedaris’ new book titled, “When you are engulfed in flames” from my boyfriend. We’d been together for about seven months at the time and it was such a thoughtful gift because we went to see David Sedaris perform live earlier that year.

He also took me out to a very nice dinner, complete with appetizers from our favorite cafe, venison chops for the entree, and dessert in the tallest building in our city.

Talk about a view! On this occasion we also said “I love you” for the first time. It’s a night I’ll never forget!

He also purchased a set of shot glasses for me – the very nice frosted kind with the Jagermeister logo on them. That’s my favorite winter drink, and to celebrate we mixed Jagermeister with Bailey’s Irish Cream for one of the best drinks of the season! Read More »

Christmas Gift for 32 Year Old Woman

Posted by christmas - November 22nd, 2010

I am a 32 year old female and last Christmas from my children I received a couple different pairs of slippers, one purple pair and one pink pair.

I also received a few DVDs from my children as well.

I always enjoy receiving whatever from my kids, they pick it out themselves and that is what means the most to me, not necessarily what I receive.

Christmas Present for 22 Year Old Man

Posted by christmas - November 21st, 2010

I am a 22 year old male. From my brother I got the Family Guy Season 6 boxed set. I don’t like it because I don’t like the show, but he wouldn’t have known that.

My girlfriend bought me some polos from Express, which I love! My parents bought me Super Smash Bros Brawl for the Nintendo Wii, which I also enjoy but haven’t had much time to play.

Family Guy Season 6 – decent enough gift for a fan of the show but I don’t like the show. I think it’s mindless humor and incongruous jokes.

Express clothes – always a good choice, classy and mostly affordable, and I can wear them out with friends or at work!

Smash Bros Brawl – a great game but it’s too easy to unlock everything and it’s not as much fun without other players.

Funny story: Last Christmas we were putting up the tree and throughout the day we had to keep our cat away.

The next day we were sitting around and someone asked where the cat was…we looked for almost an hour before we heard the tree meowing. We looked up and our cat was all the way at the top, so my dad had to get a ladder to save him!

Posted by christmas - November 19th, 2010

Last Christmas I went to my sisters house to celebrate Christmas with their family, I gave her a small golden pendent as Christmas gift, she in return gave me a watch which I have been looking to buy for many years from my college days.

I loved the watch very much it was such an amazing gift that too from an amazing person whom I love the most.

I will tie the watch up in my hand wherever I go and will keep it forever. I have shown this watch to many of my friends and most of them like it very much , especially my girl friend likes it very much and she has too even assured to buy me a watch of the same kind.

I’m proud about my Christmas gift and even possesive too. Christmas is such an occasion when we will make others happy by giving them gifts to remember us as a token of love. Read More »

Christmas Gift for 18 Year Old Girl

Posted by christmas - November 18th, 2010

I am an 18 year old female. We hardly ever exchange gifts because we normally take a family vacation trip to Mexico to visit my relatives and so that my siblings and I don’t lose our culture.

But we didn’t go this year, which means we did exchange gifts last Christmas. I usually have a little Christmas party with my best friends in which we do our traditional exchange of presents and have a sleepover.

Last Christmas I received a glittery bucket filled with: a hand decorated candle holder in my favorite color blue with a white scented candle inside, a purple-pink bejeweled jewelry holder, a blue water bottle, candy canes, a blue house robe with clouds, and a purple flower pen with a matching journal.

I received that from my friend Lauren. I received a jewelry set of a snowflake necklace with earrings from my friend Kristin. I could tell that Kristin felt bad because she had only given us one thing each but we assured her that it was alright. Read More »

Gift ideas for 21 year old girl

Posted by christmas - March 1st, 2009

I am a 21 year old female. This past Christmas, I received the following:

1) A 120 gig iPod Classic from my father. It is silver and thirty times the size of my old iPod. I asked for a new iPod for Christmas because my old one was stolen at a party.

2) A Garmin sports watch to assist me in my training for a half-marathon that I will complete in April. It is GPS-enabled and tracks the number of calories burned, the distance you have run or walked, the amount of time you have been running or walking, the average pace you have maintained throughout your work out, and you can even race an imaginary person.

It has the ability to track your heart rate through an optional attachment. My dad also got this for me because I wanted something to help me keep track of how much walking and running I was doing. I’m really excited to start using this new gadget! Read More »

Gifts for 19 year old girl

Posted by christmas - February 23rd, 2009

Last Christmas we did not get a chance to celebrate Christmas as much as we usually do. However, Christmas is more about giving than receiving, right? :) I am 19 years old and female.

From my grandpa, I received a new LG Vu phone, which I very much liked as I needed a new one, and it was touch screen. Very impressive, so I fell in love instantly. From my step-mother, I received a bucket of homemade cookies, which was my favorite gift of all.

I love homemade things, and food is the way to the heart. From my grandmother on my dad’s side of the family, I received an electric mixer for cooking. I do not currently have a need for this (although I like cooking, but we already own one in my house), so I was slightly disappointed, even though I know I shouldn’t be. Read More »

Gifts for 21 year old girl who loves to cook

Posted by christmas - February 12th, 2009

I got a surprising amount of Christmas gifts this year. I don’t usually expect much of anything, and especially not since I’ve turned 21.

Part of being an adult means that you just simply don’t get Christmas gifts like you did when you were a kid. That wasn’t as true for me this year as it has been in the past.

This year my boyfriend completely stoked me out; He got me the thing that I’ve been wanting for far too long now, and that I’ll use probably everyday, a Kitchen Aid Stand Mixer.

And as if that’s not cool enough on it’s own, he even went so far as to get it in my favorite color – green. And he got me possibly the greatest accessory I could have for it, the Ice Cream maker. Read More »
