Peanut butter and potato candy. It sounds gross, but it’s really awesome. You’ll need the following:
INGREDIENTS
1 very small baking potato
Peanut butter
White powder sugar
DIRECTIONS
Peel, dice and boil potato until tender. Remove from pan and let dry well. When completely dry, mash well with a fork or potato masher. In a bowl slowly add powder sugar while stirring with a wooded spoon.
Don’t add too much because it will make the mixture too runny. You want the mixture to have the consistency of cookie dough. Lay a sheet of wax paper on the counter and form the potato mixture into a long flat piece.
The thickness should be about 1/2 inch thick or a little more. Roll it out even and smooth. Take the peanut butter and with a butter knife spread it completely over your dough roll. You can add as much as you want. Read More »

This recipe is passed down from my grandma. The recipe I’m sharing with you is popular among the children and even the adults in our family gatherings. It’s funny because every Christmas gathering when I bake these cookies, everyone fights for them! Even the adults are acting like kids trying to get the first batch out of the oven!
It’s simply amazing how the cookies can disappear so fast and so quick in the blink of an eye! I absolutely love this recipe and I hope you will too.
